Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order, raise a ticket on our website.
• If the service is guaranteed, cancellation will be processed within a few hours.
• If the service is not guaranteed, it may take 7–14 days to cancel.

Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed within 14 days under the following conditions: ✔️ Order marked Completed but not delivered – Full Refund ✔️ Order not started within 5 days – Full Refund ✔️ For refill services, partial refunds will be issued as per refill conditions.

Important Notes:

• Transaction Charge: 5% deduction
• Processing Time: 5–7 days
• Wallet Deduction: 30% of the refunded amount will remain in your SMMBIN Wallet; the rest will be sent to your bank account.
• Name Match: The name on your panel account must match the payment name.

Refund Steps:

1.Refund is credited to your SMMBIN Wallet first.

2.From there, it can be withdrawn to your bank account after deductions.

Partial Orders

Partial status means we delivered less than ordered. Example:

• You ordered 10,000 followers for $10.
• We delivered 9,000.
• The remaining 1,000 will be refunded ($1 in this example).

Speed & Processing

• We cannot change the speed of any order.
• Check the average time before placing an order.
• Cheapest services may take longer due to demand.
• For fast delivery, choose a Fast Service Category.

Refill Information

• Services labeled with “Refill” include refill, except some cases (check description).
• Auto Refill: Starts within 24 hours.
• Manual Refill: May take 2–3 days.
• To request a manual refill:
